Adjustable Rate Mortgage

Good for both real property and unimproved real property. All KECU adjustable rate mortgages are convertible to a fixed rate mortgage during the life of the loan.

1-Year ARM

  • Rate subject to change annually on the anniversary date of the closing.
  • Convertible to fixed rate mortgage during the life of the loan.
  • Finance up to 95% on a refinance and 95% on new purchases of real property with a maximum term of 360 months.
  • Finance up to 75% on unimproved property with a maximum term of 120 months.
  • Tax advantages possible. Please consult your tax advisor.

3-Year ARM

  • Rate fixed for initial 3 years and subject to change after the 3rd year on the anniversary date of the closing
  • Convertible to fixed rate mortgage during the life of the loan.
  • Finance up to 95% on a refinance and up to 95% on new purchases of real property with a maximum term of 360 months .
  • Finance up to 75% on an unimproved property with a maximum term of 120 months.

Home Equity Line of Credit

Once approved, with a home equity line of credit, you’ll have access to your money any time you need it. Simply give us a call and we will issue a check against the equity in your home.
